Shipping & Returns
Shipping will be provided by USPS. Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at the time of purchase. As our products are shipped through a third-party service provider, we cannot guarantee the quality of delivery. However, should your order arrive in anything less than ideal condition, we will do everything we can to remedy the situation.
If you have any issues with your order (i.e. it was not delivered, the incorrect product was sent, or you received a damaged item), please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange + Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns will not be accepted. However, we will gladly offer an exchange on all candles postmarked to us within 48 hours of delivery, provided that the candles have not been used or lit, and are in their original packaging. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Right to Cancel
Customers are permitted to cancel their orders within 24 hours.
Items ordered and paid in full will ship via USPS within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. You will receive an e-mail notification from Cerine with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you have any questions or concerns about the delivery of your candles, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that Cerine is not responsible for any return shipping costs, and we do not assume responsibility for the reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Cerine.
